Issue #249: Perm-aculture

Well, I’ve been back from Sweden for many months now. It was a wonderful experience. Now, although I haven’t made any kind of commitment to having Q&V return as a regular thing online, I did draw a one-off issue as a submission to a magazine recently. It wasn’t accepted, so I thought it’d be cool to share it with you, and let’s see where it leads. I’m also looking to get Q&V on the wall at a local art gallery near me - just a case of putting it together in a form I like and framing it. I’ll let you know how it goes - and who knows, maybe it’ll spawn an official Volume 3.

Until we meet again, keep drawing and keep laughing,

Lewis

Xmas 2004 Competition Issue

As promised, an extra special Christmas Time issue. This was originally the strip that was printed on Rob’s T-shirt when he won the first ever Q&V competition back in 2004. It was then stated that it would be a completely unique strip, never to be seen elsewhere. Well, it really was something special, and quite frankly, I’m surprised I’ve managed to contain myself this long without putting it into the public domain for people to view. So I hope Rob will forgive me for sharing the wealth now, he did at least get 2 years of exclusivity - but rest assured, there may never be a t-shirt like his one.

Hope you all had a good Christmas, and a Happy New Year to ya.

Issue #248

Apologies for the break - things got a bit hectic here. I think we all need time to decompress after Qweestor’s Visit, and Q&V are showing us just how it’s done.

I have to say, I’ve really loved having Qweestor in the mix, he’ll be making another visit very soon I’m sure.
