And here we are, Paulo’s guest issue (the first one of Volume 2). Code 9 indeed.
This is issue #223, based on a recent airport experience I had, collecting the great and only Paulo, of guest issue fame (hey, speaking of that, when was the last guest issue?!).
And as if by magic, that very statement inspired Paulo to draw one, and that’ll be along shortly.
I began drawing Q&V back in 2004 and went on until October 2005 when I took an extended (possibly final) break from it. But, a few months later, they made their return, and this is the second phase of their development. The first phase (the original website and the first 201 issues), are still to be found here.
