Quiet is the gong,
Offering space, silence,
A way to heal the pain,
Of separation.

Caring is the gong,
Seeping into my body,
Honouring every cell,
And every atom.

Safe is the gong,
Holding me with open arms,
Speaking through years of wisdom,
And of hope.

Wild is the gong,
As the sound takes hold,
The sound is the way,
The sound.
