Happy Birthday To Me!
That’s right, I’m 25 years old today! Quarter of a century. And I don’t care what you say, another year older is another year wiser, and it’s definitely something to celebrate. Like a fine wine, the Quality of my life is only improving with time. Leaping over the bars I had considered “as good as it gets” and going up and up and up and up.
As my dear friend Andy said to me, “Onwards and upwards my friend”. Allow me to offer the same feeling to you.

Happy birthday for yesterday Lewis!
Onwards and upwards is right, for example, I don’t feel that things really started coming together for me till I hit 30.
My attitude to getting older is like yours.

Liz and Nigel: Not at all! That’s what this comment section is here for!
Mum said you checked it and enjoyed reading it, and thank you for your very kind words. I’m enjoying the massage course a lot, and it’s teaching me more than just how to heal the body, but also to really become a healer as a person, to engage with people compassionately and confidently. It certainly feels like a good path to be on. Love to you and your family as well.
Rich: Thanks, it’s a great attitude to have, and that’s all it is, an attitude and state of mind, and the great thing about that is that it’s completely within our own power to change!

No worries becca, there’s not been too much to read of late. Thanks for the well-wishing, and good luck with your continuing studies.
