It’s invigorating, and gives me a sense of physical extention that seems to make me feel better about myself.
For some months my movement was dibilited and I can still remember now how wonderful it felt to be able to extend and bend in which ever way I wanted uninhibited after a long term of restriction.
I say “stretch” in every way you think possible and then try and strech the bits you think you can’t!

Indeed Nicola! Often feelings of physical restriction create the same sorts of mental or emotional restriction, and vice versa. It’s a precious gift to feel free, and stretching helps us keep that feeling. Stretch, stretch, and stretch some more (but please pay attention and be gentle, body knows best).
